    Steven Juliano

Thanks for sharing Neal, I enjoyed helping you wash this car at NSXPO!

Smoke coming out of exhaust during track day

I see you are using a LF kit. Are you also using a scavenge pump? If not that is probably your issue, the oil is overwhelming the gravity drain's ability to purge.

LF issues with not having a scavenge pump, after 10 year w/o.

Gravity is no match for scavenging on the LF kit, glad you got it sorted!

    Lovefab strike again...

I'm somewhat amused when someone says that members should help through negative feedback. That seems lazy when a simple search of buyer and seller experiences turns up plenty of info and in detail to base decisions from: http://www.nsxprime.com/forum/search.php?searchid=1870506

"You might need a new engine..."

So you got from "Dude you need a new engine" to tightening cam caps and a valve adjustment for a full repair? I wouldn't think that 8K miles since the last major service that you would need a valve adjustment so soon. "I'm a typical NSX owner who thinks he knows what is going on with his car but...

    Michigan check-in & spotting by blodi pt.2

Thanks for the kind words, you know it's always fun hanging with you buddy! My NSX is not to everyone's taste but it is fast, for the most part up-to-date electronic wise and exactly as I want it to be.

Accidentally bought a '91 at Mecum auction

Since it is an automatic it must have been an accident. Or... your wife wanted it bought!

Anyone with engine builds? Random questions, who you've used for machine work, etc.

I agree with your assessment- doing smaller items for a build they have little control of leaves them exposed reputation-wise. I don't think I would either and it appears that you too are a reasonable guy who gets it. Good luck with your build!

Anyone with engine builds? Random questions, who you've used for machine work, etc.

That hasn't been my experience at all. They have been very helpful in supporting all the items that I bought from them: CCU, ECU, carbon/carbon clutch, stereo harness, door pulls, etc; even before I had them do a full build. Are they a free data resource? Well of course not but within reason-...

    So, this just happened.....

Sorry to hear about the motor Jinks. I was where you are when my BBSC failed, then LF build went too, finally did the SOS stage 2 route- and haven't looked back. Best wishes!

NSXPO 2017 HPDE at Road America is SOLD OUT for Novices and Intermediates

FWIW $358 for 52K agreed value. Seems reasonable given the huge downside. Bob has already had the event listed on Lockton's site.

    COP COIL set

I have one of those odd Ecu 95 NSX's. It's now a SOS 3.2 Stroker controlled by the AEM S2. Would your kit be a fit for this application?

    Can we talk Clutches?

I came from the RPS so I can sympathize with the OP and CMC140. I currently have the SOS twin carbon @ 639whp and when it goes I will detune and go with the organic 425 or the Sport 500.
