I've had an outstanding order with Mark at Dali (which was paid for) and I haven't heard from him in a month. I know he's got excellent service and was always quick in answering questions and orders so this is even more puzzling. Does anybody know if he went on holiday or if something happened to him?

I just had Mark e-mail me today. I was checking on a Fire Extinguisher mounting bracket that he has had on back order for 3 months. I think that he has more than he can handle with the size of staff that he has.
I found this email posted at NSX-TECH from Mark.
Hi everyone,
I need to let all of you know that I'll be out of town from the 12th to
the 21st of September. I'm going to Spa, Belgium, to attend the last
race of this season's NSX Trophy Series next weekend, and drive the newly
acquired and re-decaled Dali Racing Prototype NSX at one of the fastest
F1 racing circuit in the world! Gus Toth will be there as well, driving
the red Trophy car we have in Holland already, chasing me as best he can
<g> and we are hoping for some great video footage. Alex V. will be there
as well to make sure that Gus does not cheat too much.
I will also be visiting some vendors in Italy - hopefully bringing back
some new NSX toys for us all to enjoy.
Trying to do email via Juno web and AOL web from Gus's computer is too
slow to be believed, so I will not be checking email as usual. Juno's
mailbox tops out at 150 messages, about what I normally get a day - so if
you send me a message and it bounces, please resend it to:
[email protected]
All orders that can be shipped before Tuesday AM will be - everything
else will be handled upon my return. If I come back in a box with the
rest of the prototype car, then Blondie will sort it all out.
